19. Finished connection, No video show up

NVR- Finished connection, No video show up

 
    If finished connection at first time, no video show up on your monitor, please follow the below link to check your connection all are correct.

   If all connection is OK, please power on the NVR and camera to check whether the NVR and Camera are working properly.

1. Power on the camera, Cover the IR cut, infrared lights turned on,such as the below show

 
 

2. Power on the NVR, the NVR indicator turned on,the back of NVR will be light( orange light should be flashing, green light should be always on)
 

3.If camera and NVR can get power, but still no video show up, Please confirm the HDMI or VGA cable is OK?   
Use your HDMI and VGA cable to connect other device( computer and so on) to test your cable is good.
If the HDMI or VGA cable is OK, still no video come out. We speculate is resolution problem.
The default resolution which can support our system is 1280*1024
Could you tell us what is your monitor's resolution?
Way1: if your resolution lower than that, could you use another high resolution monitor to connect with the NVR system and test if video can come out?
 
Way2: Refer the below link to download CMS on your Windows computer(Temporarily only support windows system computer)reduce the resolution of the camera system.
